will these fit a W202

friend of mine has a C180 W202 with steel wheels and want to fit some alloys on.

he's been offered a set of alloys of a W210 E class, same as the ones on here Alloys Before and After

would they fit the C180?

they won't fit because the offsets (ET numbers) are different

I did the same thing a few years back, the offset is different, and the wheel is wider, should normally be 7" for a c-class but its 7.5. If the e-calss ones come wityh tyres, they would also be the wrong size, the profile would be too big.
Having said that I did a straight swap, and it worked fine for me, larger tyres as well (probably ment the spedo reading was slightly out).

he currently has 195x65x15 on steel rims

They will go, any difference is very minimal, the offset is lsightly different but slightly wider so it has to have a lower offset anyway...
