will these fit a W202
he's been offered a set of alloys of a W210 E class, same as the ones on here Alloys Before and After would they fit the C180? ta |

they won't fit because the offsets (ET numbers) are different

They fit mine ok.
Mine have an ET of 41 |

I did the same thing a few years back, the offset is different, and the wheel is wider, should normally be 7" for a c-class but its 7.5. If the e-calss ones come wityh tyres, they would also be the wrong size, the profile would be too big.
Having said that I did a straight swap, and it worked fine for me, larger tyres as well (probably ment the spedo reading was slightly out). |

the alloy wheels come shod with 215x55x16 tyres at the moment. Rims are 7.5jx16 ET 41
he currently has 195x65x15 on steel rims |

Same as what I had on my c-class, swap them over they should be fine.
A second opionion on that anyone? |

215x55x16 on mine as well.

They will go, any difference is very minimal, the offset is lsightly different but slightly wider so it has to have a lower offset anyway...

well he got them. not bad £120 for 4 with tyres good for a few thou miles yet. Couple of scuffs on them but respectable enough.
cheers for help guys. just need to find AMG monoblocks for mine now LOL |
