CLK AMG front alloys needed - MBClub UK

Hi, after finding out my 18 inch AMG wheels on my CLK (W209) are replicas that were fitted by the last owner which are 18.5J size all round. I would now like to find two 7.5J AMG wheels for the front for the correct staggard setup for my baby.
Could anyone advise me where to look as I am getting no luck from Ebay.

Alloywheelsdirect sell brand new ones and you can buy just the front two. Otherwise breakers yard and ebay is the best place.

If you put two genuine 7.5J ones on the front your still going to have two replica ones the back? You can have 8.5J all round if the offset is correct. If you do plan to change the front what is also important is the offsets are correct. Have you checked the offsets for the current rear are the correct offset for a staggered setup? Tried the website you suggested and for two comes to £984, at that price I would rather keep what I have for now and hope I get lucky with Ebay one day. If only I could find someone who has two front AMG wheels on their CLK and want to swap for 8.5Js all round

No ones going to swap a pair of genuine AMG alloys for a pair of replicas.

Post an ad in the Wanted section on the forum with a link to the wheels you are after on alloywheelsdirect or list the part numbers in the ad.

surely you need 4? the rears will be replica as well.. would be no point changing 2?

Found my 18" Monos on German ebay, in a very good condition at a reasonable price too

Keep your eyes peeled on eBay, I got one to replace a CLK front that was buckled. Same wheel is also fitted to SLKs.

I have just bought a 57 plated CLK 280 sport and changed the original AMG 5 spoke 18 "Alloys for some 17" wheels from Alloy wheels direct. Why .. I wanted the more supple ride form the resultant tyre fitment.
so I have a full set with split width as fitted as original equipment and am looking to sell all four or in pairs if need be.
