Snow Snow Snow

at long last it has finally arrived and i thought id share some pictures with you that i have taken about 5 mins ago.
should be some fun without the traction control later.

Traction control doesn't help much in snow anyway.

I feel sorry for the guy on the motorbike in the first picture. Hope he has knobbly tyres.

LOL I love the little swirl in the snow! I am soooooo jealous, we had about half an hour of snow and it came about 8am and was all gone by lunch. not even enough to make a snowball! *sigh*

We were competing at a dog agility show this weekend, this is what some of the rings looked like:





It was rather cold and very windy! We were working on one of the rings all day on Saturday and had to peg all the jump wings down - even then they were blowing over during the stronger squalls. Quite a few people were camping there (not us!).

There were a number of other weekend shows around the country, but they all cancelled. At one of them (in the Midlands somewhere) the PA trailer was flipped over and the main marquee blown down. Apparently they had a whole skip full of wrecked caravan awnings.
