The W123 230e has arrived
   It's arrived: - 1982 230ce in very good condition, with a genuine 63,000 miles in a nice blue. I've started writing a long, picky list of things to sort out, but will be starting with giving it a thorough clean and treating a couple of small rust bubbles. And then a professional waxoyl. More photos to follow when it's looking better. |

 With replacement steering wheel from German ebay.  And an Audio 10 CD to replace the original Clarion 916, which I've kept for

     Been washing and polishing today (waxing tomorrow and engine bay next week, and interior a week after  ). It now has original pressed metal number plates.Just bought some mexican hat alloys, but they need work before they're good enough. Still haven't decided whether to put them on instead of the hub caps. |
