I love it its a great car

After a polish and a seal this brilliant silver paint loves "Collinite's 845 Wax " it really does make the silver paint look fantastic and is also very durable, try it.
Paul, it has 106000 on the clock ond drives like a dream. There are a couple of raised spots (almost like somebody closed the bonnet when there was something sitting on the engine), but there not that noticable. If I got that sorted out, the alloys refurbished and the interior cleaned it would be very close to your cars condition (close, but not as pristine). This is my third MB over the years, I used to have a 1980's 300D (123 class) and a 280SE (124). You cant beat class.

Mercedes do fitted outer seat covers for most if not all models, I've got a complete set in black if that's any help?

That said Mercedes seats always seem to stand a good scrub, so some elbow grease and some appropriate cleaner might work just as well...

Nick, that sounds like what I'm looking for. What price did they set you back? Is there a part number?

Actually I had those on my C Class as well. I think at some point one the viscous fan blades has snapped and hit the bonnet from underneath. That what had happened to mine before I bought it.

You might want to check the fan just in case
