W204 Retrofit Leather Sport Seats - MBClub UK

I have a 2008 W204 C220 Sport with Half (sythetic) leather seats. The seats I have are the full memory seats with the 123 buttons on the door cards.

I can find standard electric seats on ebay, but not a set of Sport seats with full memory electrics.

Is it possible to take the leather seat covers from a set of Electric Leather Sport seats and put them on my existing seats ? And then to take the leather door cards, and to move over the wood inserts and the electrics to the leather door cards ?

Any help would be appreciated
