How long to wait for reply from Mercedes? - MBClub UK

Authorised bodyshop sent photos,V5 etc to Mercedes two weeks ago (4 September) and told me it would be around two weeks before Mercedes notified them whether they will authorise corrosion repairs.

I had prior contact with MB-UK and they have suggested "goodwill repairs" might be possible.

What I want to know is, for those of you who have gone through this procedure,how long did it take before you heard back from the bodyshop?
