E55 M.O.T time....

ooops was 4 days out as forgot > doh!

Bought her last year from original purchasing owner, had an existing M.O.T but car had only done 3,000 miles in last prior 2 years up to that point. It's on 97k now.

Always a gulp moment as you wheel a big motor like this in, after all she's nearly 13..

But tester was impressed how tidy underneath it was etc, went straight through, no advisorys etc.

Clean bill of health and running strong again after her MAF hiccup last month.

... probably jinxed it now but I'm pleased with the result thats why I though I'd share

Always a good feeling when this happens. Pity It doesn't happen too often though.

It's always a good result when an 'older' car goes straight through, you tend to get used to the noises and creaks and then get a shock come MOT time.

Never had an advisory on the R129 which is coming up for 15 years old. And that's with the MOTs being done at a main dealer too ...
