MB Teeside/Synter Experience

Hello - just a long shot, but have any members in the North East had experience of this dealership regards servicing/warranty/or sales-after sales - as I am thinking of purchasing a car from them and wondered what the lay of the land was ?

A friend of mine used to work as a Mercedes technician in the North East and he always said Teeside was the best dealership to buy from.

Swaped the wifes A class for a B class and was the easiest buying / selling I have ever done. Huge bunch of flowers for the Mrs and Bacon butties and coffee on arrival !!
