W202 Manual Gearbox. Play on gears - MBClub UK

I have a W202 C180 manual.

The last 2 days, ive noticed a lot of play in first and second gear. It still goes in and out of gear ok but once its in gear, there is a LOT of play on it. All the other gears (reverse, third, fourth and fifth) are all still ok.

Any suggestions?

There are some rubber bushes on each of the 3 gear linkage rods, yours may be worn or missing.
