Fault Code pics, and the dreaded DPF - MBClub UK

I thought I'd ask if anyone can decipher some of the codes on my 05 C220 CDI Estate, I'm sure some of it is saying the DPF is fubared but I'd like to know which other codes are linked to it and what the others are suggesting, codes are reset at the moment but this is the second time so I am sure they will return.

The best thing to do is get the DPF re generated on a Star. Start from here and see if that helps.
