CLK 320 CDI Engine oil type - MBClub UK

Hello everybody! Your help needed

Pls, advice what type of Engine oil should I use for my CLK 320 CDI 2007 ?? Manual is in English and can't understand what they reccomend...do not want to use a wrong one...

I use mobil 1 ESP, 10L
Look on opie oils and get the next day
