w215 fixed phone upgrade

does anyone know how to upgrade my existing fixed/hardwired motorolla phone to bluetooth or has anyone done this?

Sadly the answer is to take it out and replace it with UHI. As UHI was available on the W215 the proper centre console parts are available.

What year is the car ?
