Command

Can anybody advise if a Command Unit from a B class will go straight into my wifes existing B class 58 plate with standard factory radio fitment,is it an easy upgrade.

Yes it is easy. The comand unit you need will depend on the model year of the car and if earlier than model year 2009 whether you want to upgrade to the model year 09 comand. Chances are that a 58 plate car is a model year 09 one.
