w202 Dipped Beam Problem

Hi,

I bought two sets of Osram Night Breaker H1 bulbs, fitted these to the Dipped and Main beams. However, the o/s dipped beam does not work. I changed the bulbs around and still no joy, I then put the original bulb back in and the o/s dipped beam works! The n/s dipped beam has no issue with the new bulbs.

Anyone have any idea as to what is going on?

TIA

Try the new bulb in the other side.
Even if it looks fine it may be dodgy.

Not according to the manual and what's already in there. An H7 wouldn't fit into the slot either.

H7 in mine and the Haynes manual - maybe C36's are different?
