W140 LHD Xenon Headlights

Hi,

I have a LHD W140 S300DT import and recently it has failed the MOT because the headlights are pointing the wrong way.

Is there any way to adjust the headlight direction or do I need to replace both headlights with UK spec ones?

If they do need replacing could I get away with just replacing the glass lenses or would I need to replace the whole headlight assembly?

The headlights are bi-xenon type.

You have to buy UK spec, I don't know why but that's what they want. Last year I had to change lights in my bosses car (LHD) and there was no way to adjust the headlights
