Help With Abs/Asr Warning

I have the ABS/ASR light on the dash of my SLK 230 Reg, It came on a few days ago, so i have taken to my local garage and it seems the front ABS sensor needs replacing, he is saying it's 40 pounds for part and 80 pounds for labour, is this about right?

How much labour is involved in a sensor change?

Also after the light came on i could no longer drop the roof which i have been using 24/7 in this nice weather so is the a issue with the ABS/ASR warning as the red light just flashes when i try and drop the top and it was fine before the warning light came on for abs etc.

Any info would be great guys&gals.

Abs/asr

I had the work done today, 1 Hour Labour and £40+vat parts...came in at over £130

At least it's done, the Garage in question has been good in the past, just wanted a 2nd opinion
