Where to start with speakers?

I have a 10 speaker Bose system, but unfortunately drivers door speakers are not working. What the best way to determine the fault as I don't know where to start?

wiring on the back of the speakers itself take the speakers out to which the ones that are not working and make sure the clips haven't fallen off

Will try that tonight, sounds funny that both speakers in the drivers door aren't working unless somebody has taken the door card of and forgot to put them back on. do the speaker covers just pull off? as I can't see any screws.

You may have to have the whole door card off to get the speakers out to get to the connectors...

Check the connectors are connected on the back of the headunit / amp .

Check the connector is pushed home firmly.

you will need a tool to get the head unit out, Halfords should have them in stock, they are only about £4 or so, ask the radio man there to sort out the right ones for you, he will most likely just remove the head unit for you, 30 second job, then you can check the connectors on the back of the unit

for what is involved anyone can do the job, I would even let my daughter do it with the right tools, you just insert the tools down each side of the unit in slots and pull the unit out.
tool there are other places to get the tool maybe even from your local dealer
