HTC S740 and Mercedes Bluetooth help please

Please can someone advise which bluetooth device:-

a) ViseeO MBU-2 (MBU2000) UHI Bluetooth for Mercedes Benz

Or

b) Mercedes Bluetooth HFP Cradle

...would work best with this phone HTC S740 to give maximum compatibility and functionality in a 2004 W211 with Comand.

Not certain about the HTC S740 but I used to get full functionality from Mercedes HFP with a HTC Tytn II
