Viseeo mbu-2 problem

I have a 2007 B180 CDi with Audio-20 system and phone pre-wired (UHI). The Viseeo mb-2 has paired with my 3G iPhone and the contact list is viewable through the dash and Audio-20 displays. However, i cannot make a call using the steering wheel controls or those on the Audio-20. I can make and receive calls using the mobile handset that come through the car speakers, so it is partly working. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is the green light flashing still ? Wait for it to stop and see if it works them (may have to wait a while), and what is the software version you are running (hold top 2 buttons down for a few seconds when its paired and see what number comes up as an incoming call)

The green light does stop flashing but when I press the Sync button to upload the contacts to the car, it doesn't appear to do anything. Can the steering controls only be used if contacts are uploaded to the car? I'll check the software version and update in a later post.
