You can't without having the car re-coded. It's so you have both miles and KM displayed simultaniously.

I'm assuming you have a COMAND 2.5 like in my s-class.
Bring up the system menu (SYS button on my COMAND). Then select "language..." In the list, there should be both "English (metr.)" and "English (imp.)". By selecting "English (imp.)", COMAND will use miles. On mine, there is also the option "Adopt from instrum. cluster", where COMAND then uses the setting for km/miles as set in the cluster for the cluster diplay, but I don't know if your CLK is the same in that respect.
