Comand 2.5 pinouts (constant +12V)

Does anybody know where I can pick up a constant live on the back of a comand 2.5 unit? according to the diagram I have its pin 5 block A, but this seems to be CANBUS controlled and shuts off after about 20 minutes.

Confused to say the least would anybody have any ideas?

I thought you were talking about the NTG2.5 device but I understand it is the one for a W220?

I still don't see where you got the "pin 5", can you give the document number?

Constant power is at pin 4 on my diagram or pin 4 if it is a later than 9/03 car (I hope I did read these correct).
