210 Saloon, no third brake light or horn

Hi

As some of you know i am out in Ukraine at the mo......... anyway we have a 1997 E230 Saloon. It has no 3rd brake light and no horn.

Any ideas??

Relay for horn is clicking and bulb in rear windscreen for brake light is ok. Are they related??? Where are the fuses for each. Fanfare??? on the fuses list is that the horn?? and if so where is fuses 40,41??

Found fuses in 3 places, just inside front door jam, under rear seat @ battery and in the engine bay.

Any help appreciated

Fanfare is horn, fuse located in engine compartment but if relay clicks its probably duff connection on horn unit itself. 3rd brake light may benefit from internal bulb contact being tweaked with a matchstick towards you to make the spring pressure stronger perhaps
