Fitting COMMAND to my C180, HELP

Would anyone have a how too guide to fitting COMMAND to a 2001 C180 Coupé?

The head unit i have in is a single DIN unit and has 3 iso connectors in the back. The new unit only has 2?

New unit:

The connector i cant get to fit is the one with only 2 wires on it. The new unit works without the 2 wires but turns its self off after 30 mins with a warning message that reads something along the lines of "please turn car on"?

Please help!

Thanks, Matt
