Sat Nav Problem

need some help.. ive just replaced my old 2001 nav disc as i i kept getting a cd error message on the command unit but after putting the new disc in i still have the same error message, ive tried a lens cleaner and putting a normal music Cd to see if this works but no joy, no sound/music

I dont really fancy pulling the unit apart myself, can anybody recommend some one that i could goto or point me in the right direction... im based in East London but dont mind travelling a reasonable distance to have this sorted.

Alfie thanks 4 your help & the prompt delivery on the Disc.

i took my old unit to bits using the advice from merc upgrades site and if you do it step by step its not too bad.

might be the rollers that need a clean?

After a bit of reading up and a few quotes, cheapest being £150 but i would have to the remove the unit, I decided to remove the unit myself and have a go at cleaning it as i would have had 2 do that much anyway, i popped down 2 Maplins, picked up some Air in a can (£8) and some torque screwdrivers(£7) and had a go and an 45 mins & a cut knuckle later the comand unit is cleaned & installed back in and it works like a dream.

I used the following 2 links and between the two of them couldnt go wrong, you guys are probably aware but i thought it maybe useful again:
