A-Class (W169) QuickParc reversing Sensors
(5 hours labour). My last car (Ford Focus) I fitted a kit to myself, now if I buy the complete kit online (http://www.mercedes-benz-parts.co.uk...ystem_725.html) will this: 1) Be simple to fit, i.e. basic wiring in and drilling. 2) Come with instructions for fitting. Anyone fitted one of these kits to their car? |

There looks to be some good ones on eBay (sorry, no link - I'm off home now
) and some are wireless and look just like Mercedes kit.

Just been looking at these :-
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Wireless-rever...6.c0.m14.l1308 Look almost OEM , it says it is wireless , but there seems to be an awful lot of wires there

They don't look like LED sensors. ![]() The display is on a cigarette lighter plug, it would not look like OEM. Perhaps the plug can be removed and wired directly. Last edited by Diesel Benz; 14-08-2008 at 07:27 PM. |

Doing some research and it looks like the Quickparc system doesn't come with instructions for fitting, and has some more wires than just a live and earth feed.
Is there any way to access the MB documentation on how to fit one or is it a case of only MB dealers having access to this stuff? |
