Buying a double din stereo

I'm look at a JVC double din head unit with 7" screen (link below). If I pull out my Audio 10 out and the tray underneath, would I need a fascia adapter or would the unit fit straight in? (ML W163)

Not sure about this unit inparticular but most double dins fit straight into ML's... looks very nice and tidy and of course very easy to swap back when you sell the car..

Looks good Gucci.

I'm looking at upgrading my sounds.... speakers / sub etc so the Audio 10 will probably have to go...
