Wing Mirror upgrade - ideas?

Hey all - rather than just replace my mirrors with standard ones (They both need swapping), before I get the rust and ultra deep scratches resprayed I'd like to get new mirrors and have them sprayed at the same time (A couple of months away yet).

Any ideas on other mirrors that suit the 202? I quite like ones with the inidicators in, but not sure if I have seen any boxy shaped ones before...

Folding mirrors would be cool, but do I need extra wiring for all this, or would it be plug and play?

I'd limit a price at around £200 for a pair.

You can grab a set of facelift W210 folding mirrors for anything between £100+ on top of this you will require some W202 plugs for the electric mirror adjusting and if you want them folding then you will need the additional wiring and switch. Check this post:

How are they different? I would have thought they were symetrical?

You would think, but each is angled to suit where the driver is sat.

What about the dimming? Wouldn't the "wrong" one dim?

There is that too, but you can have both dimming mirrors if you so wish.

But like you say most cars only have it on the one side.

Would the angle issue be solved by simply fitting UK glass?
-- Edit, ignore that, just reread what you said

I got my blinking mirrors from Swedish & German I think for less than £100 and they are the led type. Look well smart and are excellent replacements for the standard ones.
