Question MB OEM Part No. for Auto Changer

Hi Chaps,

I was wondering if anyone can verify that the correct MB part no. for the Auto Changer for my car is -

Part # A 200 827 46 42

This for a 2005 C220CDI Sport Edition with Audio 20.

Any help - most appreciated -

No its not, the 1st 3 digits at least are wrong.

I think it should be A203 870 33 89 - and you need the glove compartment holder, screws, power and fibre cables.
However, there is often an accesory part number starting with B6 that can be cheaper than buying the Axxx part number

Theres description on how to fit CD changer into A class on www.mercupgrades.com - part numbers are different but basics are same - may be of some use to you !

I think the parts you need are
1x CD changer (above)
2x most fibre cable (see my doc)
4x screws N000000 001955
1x power cable A203 540 32 34
1x glovebox braceket A203 820 07 14
1x screw for above A001 984 64 29

Of course i'll take it apart.
