Upgrade Audio50 -> Comand NTG 4.5 in a C207?

I am considering replacing/upgrading my Audio 50 with a Comand NTG 4.5
in my C207 M/Y 2009.

There are several salvaged complete units (Head-unit & Display)
available in scrapyards in Sweden that could be
located using the scrappers internet service.

I know that in order to fit, a Comand must have the appropriate
SCN code in order to work in my vehicle. So I wonder how many
variants there are, if the SCN-code differs between C207 and W212
or if this code is unique to the very vehicle it was first put in.
There are some sellers on the internet that offers units and
coding, but a second hand Comand+Display from a scrap retailer is about
half the price.

And yes - I know about the air ducts that should be fitted.

I could probably get some help from a friend who has access
to Xentry and the MB Intenet dataservers, as long as or if
a salvaged unit can be resetted back to "factory init mode"
or whatever it is called.

Any one that could shed some light?

You cant put NTg 4.5 comand into a model year 2009/2010 car. The SCN coding will fail.

You can put NTG4 W212 comand in there though. This will give you full navigation with bluetooth phone and music streaming.
