Alternatively - just phone a MB dealer - eventually you should find one who wont mind explaining how to do it - I'm sure its something you can do !!

Airbag Warning Light
I've tried this several times until I get strange looks from the neighbours. I'll try looking for a sympathetic dealer .... unless you know of one?

I've now telephone 15 MB dealers and all of them say a flat battery will set the airbag warning light. All of them can reset the switch for 1 hours labour charge. This is criminal, there must be a way to unset this switch. Is it a relay or is is a firmware switch. Does anyone know?

Reset can only be done withthe MB star kit. 1hr is a bit steep 30 mins min charge. suggest you tolerate until service time and get it done FOC..

im not sure if this is the same problem but my srs light is now starting to come on when the passenger seat is not in use, could it be poor connections or is it needing a reset after having battery disconnected for ice install?
