C200K 02 wing mirror problems

I have a C200k 02 plate, when i go to fold the wing mirrors out at times the left hand side one does not unfold, help appreciated.

I have had the same problem with my 02 c 240 MB reset this for me in under 2 mins it appears to loose memory for some reason (make sure you watch what the guy does when he resets it i didnt and had to go back to MB when it happened a second time

I have the same problem, the dealer has looked at it a couple of times which didn't fix it, although it hasn't done it for a while now.
