When I turn on the ignition on my 1992 300sl sometimes the Instrument warning lights fail to come on and the outside temp just glows ,then after a few seconds they may come on or if I press the break pedal they come on straight away.Also I can hear what sounds like a relay buzzing .If they do no come on the starter will turn over the engine but not start.It will only start when the instrument lights are on.Can anyone help could it be the Over voltage protection relay ?:confused:
