Headlight wipers

This may not be the right forum, but here goes.

One of the headlight wipers does not go down to horizontal position, and sticks up a little bit.

Can this be adjusted? How is the wiper attached to the axle? Is it a matter of wiper-engine, or something else?

Tried changing the little wiper blades? If they're worn they might grip the glass a little more.

Or some idiot has tried to pull it off and just bent it?

Thanks guys, but that is not really the problem.

The wipers move fine, but in stationary position the right wiper is not horizontal. So, what is causing this? Bent axle or just out of adjustment?

Can it be adjusted?

Could you just take the arm off and put it back on in the correct parked position.

I had a go at this morning, and after some poking realised that there is a cover, which with some force pops up, allowing access to the bolt holding the wiper arm to the axle.

A bit of tweeking and all is well again!
