APS 30 Upgrade Disc

I have just bought a car with the above named Navigation system but without the disc(s) I already have an APS 30 in my other car so I Loaded the discs into my new car (1999 E55) but it keeps showing me that I am offroad, sometimes its ok but quite alot of the time, its not. Does anyone know if I need to get an Upgrade Disc(s) and if so, where can I buy them for a lot less than what Mercedes Charge?
