Just wanted to say thank you to everyone's advice on my COMAND instal.

As we know Mercedes Uk say they are not possible and are as un helpful as possible.
After buying the last piece of the jigsaw on Saturday I now have a working COMAND system, and to be fair it is great :bannana:
There is a chap at Wandsworth (Chelsea Mercedes) called SAJ who was very helpful in fact.
Just f.y.i I bought the COMAND on ebay from Germany for £300, so it is acheivable. The parts were a further £200 but all in all it will probably add that in value when I come to sell the car
