Really need help with door lock

I am trying to replace the drivers side central locking motor on a C180K Coupe. Anyone who has done it will know how big they are. I have everything figured out but one little bit and I am completely stumped. How do you get the old lock out of the door and the new lock in. It is too big to go through the rear speaker hole and will not go past the window guide. I think I need to remove the window guide but can’t see how it comes out. It was riveted to the door with two rivets at the bottom and one at the top which I have drilled out but it still won’t budge. Getting desperate now. Please can anyone help.

You are supposed to remove the airbag and the speaker and the power window partly. Is your car a 203.746?

I managed to work it out, had to take the widow out. Just got to put it all back together now and I need to go and get some rivets, don't have any big enough. Tested the new lock and it is working perfectly. Thanks for the advice.
