What are these dash cables from?

Over the weekend, I decided to remove the centre console and clean away the 8 years worth of crap which had build up.

Once I had totally cleaned up the carpet area and wiped over all the parts, (only found 5p :( ) I discovered these 3 cables hanging doing nothing.

Are they simply from the stereo? or can they be used to upgrade my cars features air con etc...?

1 & 2 are small thin ones, and 3 is a fat cable with 3 holes?

Its the same one as in the members gallery,the one with the centre console removed and all the wires dangling.
