Help!, recently purchased a 2001 CLS320 petrol, very happy apart from........the COMAND unit seems to go into hibernation at odd intervals. It's been off for two days now, then suddenly whilst driving this morning, it turns on again. I have had the unit out and checked the connections at the back and all seems fairly solid. When it works, it is fine, no problems. Can anyone of you shed light on this fault. I don't want to replace the unit because when it works it is fine, so I don't know if the fault is internal or external.
