Hi - hope someone knows the answer to this! I've got a SAP2 handset in the car - currently uploads the SIM from my Nokia 6300 just fine. I've just upgraded my phone to a Nokia E51, which also has SAP - but I've managed to mislay the instructions on how to pair the phone with the incar system:o

Does anyone know how to do it? I recalled something about pressing the button on the car handset until rapid blue flashing, then asking the phone to connect via bluetooth then entering the code that gets displayed on the Comand screen - but I can't be remembering correctly, because the car sytem just sends a text with the code which comes though on Comand:confused:

Any help appreciated:)

Select TEL screen on COMAND
Turn Bluetooth and SAP on on the phone and make visible (SAP sometimes a seperate on/off setting)
Hold down the star button on SAP cradle until blue lamp starts flashing faster

Wait until TEL screen looks like it is connected to a phone, then look in called list and you will find all the phones it found, one is yours, select it and press 'dial' button on COMAND

Comand will display a 16 digit number (8 lots of 2 digits)

Wait for phone to ask about pairing, say yes, ,enter code, tell phone to auto-pair without requesting. You will hear a 3 raising tone sequence. If the tone is falling, you got the code wrong

Then all will connect up nicely and work

Dial 0000 <dial> and wait to transfer phone book

Make phone not visible over BT again
