CLK Outdoor LED Display Fault

Hi can anyone give some advise on my faulty LED display for outside temperature? I'm not sure if the display needs to be replaced as not all the display lights up making it imposible to read. Some of the dash lights seem to not be working is it easy to replace the bulbs for a non diy person?

Hello and welcome to the forum with your CLK :):)

You probably have two thing wrong, one or two bulbs blown, but the temp gauge will be a poor connection on the ribbon cable within the cluster.

There are firms that fix them or you could do it yourself if you are electronically minded

Thanks for the advise I will get a price from the garage next time the car is serviced as it doesnt sound like something I can sort.
