C Class Avantagarde SE - Mobile Phone

Hi Guys

Looking at getting 06 C Class Avantagarde SE 200K. It appears to have the telephone controls on the steering wheel and on the dashboard but the dealer says it is not wired and these are just fitted as standard.

Anybody know if this is true?

It's true.
It has to have phone prep specified as an option. As well as the hidden electronics additions, I think that the centre console box will be different too, with a separate compartment in the top which has the UHI connector that the phone cradle plugs in to.

Looks like a bluetooth kit then. Looking at somehting like a parrott to work with a blackberry 8310.

You can get a UHI kit added....... might be pricey though
