are they just the normal bulbs or the xenon pack, with the ballast ect? if its a normal bulb it will fit ok, i have the xenon kit and it also fits ok, but will need to be set via star to function correctly

Will be an aftermarket pack , 1991 S classes didn't have xenons ...

Are you looking at a HID kit ? or just the 'xenon' bulbs ?

If it's just the bulbs , be aware that all it will do is give you that 'bluey' tinged look of xenons ... like you see all the Corsas and Saxo owners have

Light output will actually be less ...

You'll be better getting yourself a set of Osram Silverstars ...

I replaced my stock bulbs with them and the difference is incredible ..

Have a read of THIS (http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/search.php?searchid=1143558) thread

I found the phillips bulbs good too, for main beam dont get the blue phillips ones as they also produce less light than standard bulbs even though the light is whiter!

FYI - i hear the police are clamping down on illegal HID light kits as they do not have the correct beam pattern and blind oncoming traffic......
