There's not enough detail there but it seems to suggest you mount the unit itself under the dash and the display is wirelessly transmitted to a clip on that sits in front of the rear view mirror. They also claim that the GPS signal is not interrupted by coated windscreens and offer free camera database upgrades for life.
In Germany recently I noticed all the Mercedes taxis had something like this fitted.
