where is the external fusebox located?
The owners handbook says it's next to the main box (is it the box directly behind the main box which has it's cap held on with 4 screws or is it somewhere else?
Reason for asking is that the heated front seat and tow bar fuse is supposedly in there - I need to check them as the front seat heaters have given up the ghost
Cheers

Does the heated rear window still work?

dunno, it never steams up in the summer :)
but that is on the same fuse as the cigar lighter, rear wiper/washer and radio - all of which are working
That fuse is in the main box
According to the owners manual only the front heated seats and towbar electrics are in the external fuse box

I just wondered if the culprit was the multi-relay?

cheers Malcolm, I've seen that drawing but it doesn't say where it is on the car :)
I just wondered if the culprit was the multi-relay?
once I've eliminated the fuse I'll check the relays - the seats suddenly stopped working whilst one of them was switched on so the fuse is the number one suspect
cheers

The bracket that hold it should be a give away, it will be situated where shown on the diagram, by the side of the other box.
Not in the N10 multifunction relay
