Audio 10 CD Unit

Hi guyz

Looking for some help for a quick query.

I currently have the following CD Unit fitted to my w203 (2001) but find that it has limited features (e.g. cannot fast forward a track):

However i just seen the following in another merc. It doesnt have a cd slot so it would need a cd changer as well:

Can anyone tell me more about this unit? What is at called and are there any distinct advantages over the Audio 10?

Looks to me like an Audio 30 unit. Not sure of the exact specs but....its not as good as COMAND ;)

it's the standard cassette player that was included in all USA C class cars from 2001-2004.5 and CLK from 2003-2004. Check the USA ebay adn you will find lots of them.
