Kenwood Satnav / W203 Help Needed Please

Help, have just had Kenwoods dv3200 fitted to my 2001 C200. The mapping works fine (so the gps side is all ok) but the voice guidance wont. It has been suggested that its possibly due to the speed pulse ( which does seem to make sense)
All or any help gratefully recieved!

Is now sorted, I also now know abit about canbus!
