Heater gone Climatic system?

Hi guys,
Can anybody help, the climatic control is only pushing out cold freezing air, regardless of the heating control settings. Is this an electrical fault or plumbing/valve fault?

thats an impressive list of stuff on the car!!! what bhp is it pushing out - i guess around the 190 mark?

Why not take it to the dealer ? isnt is still in warranty ?
