Installing new lights S-Class ('00)

Hi,

I have the old bi-xenon in my S-class ('00). I believe the later ones are more efficient. Does anyone know if it possible to upgrade these to the "facelifted" version (clear glass). If so, any idea of costs?

Ive been thinking of doing this myself, i think the new lamps are in the region of £1000 each. But not sure if they fit on without any problems.

Can be done, BUT requires modification of the connectors.
