spotted a comand unit on ebay which the guy says has been set to display in german, can this be changed back to english

might have a crack at it.

I can only talk about the latest DVD APS COMAND as fitted to the new E-class and yes there is a language set-up mode.

All the languages in the setup menu can be set by the user.
